Big four partner joins boutique firm
AppointmentsA former big four partner has now been appointed as director of taxation at a boutique firm.
Prosperity Advisers Group has announced the appointment of Raffi Tenenbaum as director of taxation services.
Mr Tenenbaum, whose career started in the large business and international division at the ATO, was most recently a tax partner at KPMG.
He was also a former tax partner at mid-tier BDO and a former tax director for private clients at PwC.
Mr Tenenbaum, a CPA Fellow, said he was looking forward to the challenge of further developing Prosperity’s taxation services offering.
“I am excited to be part of the Prosperity team, a firm that is progressive and innovative in its thinking and approach to clients and its people,” he said.
Prosperity CEO Allan McKeown said the appointment reflects the firm’s drive to further grow the taxation services division.
“Tax decisions are becoming increasingly complex,” Mr McKeown said.
“Raffi’s impressive experience and knowledge will be a great asset for our clients, and will serve to strengthen and broaden our advisory capability in this specialist area.”
Mr Tenenbaum’s appointment follows Prosperity’s recent hire of a new head of data analytics and technology.
