The summit, which looks at all things SME-related, will be held in Chicago and will feature speakers including Gwyneth Paltrow, Ashton Kutcher, Zooey Deschanel, Richard Branson and Kickstarter CEO Yancey Strickler.
Sage Summit 2016 will be the world’s largest gathering of entrepreneurs, leaders and advisers of small and medium businesses, with over 20,000 people from around the world expected to attend.
A statement from Sage said Ms Paltrow and Ms Deschanel, both founders of successful business ventures, will talk about the rise of social enterprise, specifically how entrepreneurs are looking to find ways to create not just successful businesses, but ones that also benefit the world around them.
Mr Kutcher and Mr Strickler will share their experiences on how they’ve built their own successful businesses, and also been cornerstones in helping other new businesses grow.
Mr Branson will give a keynote address to inspire delegates to push their own boundaries.
Van Diamandakis, EVP of Brand at Sage, commented, “Sage Summit is the largest global gathering of entrepreneurs and small businesses, and we want to ignite their passion with some of the most successful celebrity entrepreneurs speaking, sharing their passion for business, living and giving on stage.
“They believe, like we do, that small businesses are the driving force of our economies, and they will share their incredible stories and expertise to inspire 20,000 attendees on to greater success.”
