Cloudoffis expands Workpapers Sorted

Speaking about the developments, Cloudoffis chief strategy officer John Munden said that growing demand for more flexible, connected solutions across the profession has led to the updates.

“Firms operate across a range of accounting platforms, and they need technology that works across that ecosystem,” Munden said.

“By integrating with QuickBooks and MYOB, we’re making Workpapers Sorted accessible to a much larger portion of the market, while maintaining the automation and consistency our clients rely on.”

The integrations, now available, will enable firms to automatically import financial data into Workpapers Sorted, reducing manual handling and improving accuracy throughout the preparation and review processes.

Elsewhere has released a new workflow module designed to give firms greater control over how work moves through their practice. The feature, it said, allows practices to customise workflow stages and introduces automation triggers based on job status changes, helping teams reduce manual coordination and ensure work progresses efficiently between preparation and review.

Munden said: “Every firm has its own way of working, and technology needs to adapt to that.”

“This is about giving practices the flexibility to design workflows around their processes, while using automation to remove friction and improve consistency.”

These updates “build on the continued evolution of Workpapers Sorted as a fully connected, AI-powered workpapers ecosystem, integrating data sources, automating manual processes and improving visibility across accounting and advisory workflows”, Cloudoffis said.

“We’re focused on building a platform that supports firms at every stage of the workflow – from data capture through to review and completion,” Munden added.
