Carbon merges with WA accounting firm

Perth-based Carbon Group has announced that it will merge with Ellenbrook Tax and Accounting as it looks to build on their presence in the WA suburb.
The network already has a presence in Ellenbrook, when it merged with Swan Valley Tax and Accounting in 2016. The new merger will see both firms combine and branded as Carbon.

Carbon has been on an aggressive growth and acquisition strategy, recently moving into the South Australian market with a merger with a bookkeeping firm based in Gawler.
The network now operates in three states, including Western Australia, Victoria, and South Australia, as it looks to expand internationally to New Zealand, Canada and the UK.
