EY New Zealand managing partner Simon O’Connor said the deal with dsd Consulting will significantly enhance the services EY offers its New Zealand and Australian clients.
According to Mr O’Connor, the deal will improve EY's offering in all areas of talent management, remuneration and rewards, including comprehensive salary information and market trends.

"I am delighted that former dsd partners Susan Doughty and Una Diver are joining the team,” said Mr O’Connor.
“Both are market leaders in their field of expertise and will enable EY to be the only big four firm able to provide a full suite of human capital services to our clients,” Mr O’Connor said.
According to a statement from EY, a core, ongoing benefit to clients of the venture will be the access to broader research and knowledge about Australasian and global remuneration practices.
