HLB Mann Judd has promoted four to director in its Melbourne, Adelaide, and Sydney offices.

The new directors are former senior managers David Ravida (pictured, furthest on left), Tom Peskett (pictured, left of centre), former associate director Hannah Waller (pictured, right of centre), and former EY senior manager Gaurav Vasnani (pictured, furthest on right), who will be joining the firm’s business advisory, tax, wealth management and corporate tax teams.

Having served at the firm since 2016 as a senior accountant, Ravida works in its business advisory division in Melbourne and was promoted to director in July. Ravida advises professional services firms, family businesses and associated family groups on taxation, restructures, asset protection, succession planning and estate administration.

Joining the firm in 2021 in its tax consulting division in Melbourne, Peskett has served as senior manager since 2024 before his promotion to director. Peskett works with corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, employee share schemes and international tax, with a focus on privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs and investors.

Beginning her tenure at the firm in 2023 as a financial adviser, Waller has over 19 years of experience in financial planning, superannuation and agriculture before her appointment as director of its wealth management division in Adelaide in July. Waller advises clients on areas including retirement planning, self-managed superannuation funds, insurance and intergenerational wealth transfer.

Previously serving at EY and Deloitte in senior roles, Vasnani joined the firm in September as its director of its corporate tax division in Sydney. Vasnani has experience across corporate tax advisory and compliance, M&A transactions, tax governance and tax function transformation.

“Our people are central to the success of HLB Mann Judd. These promotions recognise four professionals who have demonstrated technical excellence, a strong commitment to their clients and the ability to contribute to the continued growth of their firms,” said Mark Muller, chair of the HLB Mann Judd Association.
