Now in its 12th year, the Australian Accounting Awards 2026 – run in partnership with principal partner, MYOB – celebrates leading firms and practitioners, driving the accounting profession to new heights.
A total of 317 finalists have been selected from almost 700 submissions for the annual awards program.
Being named a finalist presents an exciting opportunity for the profession’s best to gain nationwide recognition for their contributions to the accounting sector.

The 317 finalists were selected across 36 individual and group categories, spanning the profession’s most senior ranks through to its rising stars.
Finalists in the Australian Accounting Awards earn professional recognition on a national scale, helping them stand out from their peers, enhance their industry reputation, and potentially open doors to new career opportunities.
The finalists were selected using a robust judging criteria that is both quantitative and qualitative, acknowledging growth, business development, diversity, leadership, innovation, business excellence and contribution to Australia’s accounting sector.
