Intuit has launched Intuit Accountant Suite into Australia in a bid to provide accounting firms with the tools they need to scale and manage their clients, firms and teams within a singular platform.

According to the software giant, the new Suite was “built for and with” accounting firms and was set to be backed by an AI-powered platform which would enable users to “harness the power” of embedded AI agents.

In addition to the AI agents, users would be able to leverage connected data to access insights and recommendations that scale their business and provide advisory services to their clients.

Meagan Wood, Intuit principal product marketer, said accounting firms played an important role in helping businesses succeed, yet faced complexity when juggling multiple tools, disconnected systems and time-consuming compliance work.

“These challenges often limit their ability to deliver higher-value advisory services and scale effectively. Intuit Accountant Suite addresses these challenges. With access to embedded AI agents, accountants have access to insights, and recommendations that drive confident, faster decision-making,” she said.

“With 83% of accountants already using AI, the Intuit Accountant Suite helps firms move beyond basic efficiency into strategic growth. Our 2025 Intuit Growth and Marketing Maturity Benchmark report reveals that high-growth practices are twice as likely to be strategic advisors to their clients, yet 70% of all firms struggle with capacity.”

“We built this platform to turn technology into a competitive advantage, helping firms automate manual tasks and deliver the high-value insights their clients need.”

According to Intuit, accountants were set to get immediate and accurate answers to many kinds of business questions, and with integrated access to Intuit, client and third-party data, they would also have the power to automate tasks and generate firm-wide and client-specific reports and dashboards.

The Intuit Accountant Suite would offer “seamless integration” of five core capabilities powered by Intuit’s platform including, client management, client collaboration, service delivery, business planning and team management.

Infinance Solutions founder and director, Tish Bhagwandeen, said the Suite’s offered capabilities was a “gamechanger” for her business.

"The shift from desktop to cloud completely changed how we ran our practice. Now we’re at the next big shift with agentic AI and the Intuit Accountant Suite,” she said.

“This isn't just about speed; it's about working smarter. It helps us streamline workflows and manage resources, freeing up time to focus on what really matters: our people and our client relationships. I’m genuinely excited about how it’s reshaping the future of accounting.”
