Cutcher & Neale has merged with BBB Partners in a move to deepen support for medical professionals and bolster its national presence.
As a result of the merger, Cutcher & Neale said it was on track to move into the top 30 on the AFR Top 100 Accounting Firms for 2025 and was looking to increase its annual revenue to $46 million, with a projected year-on-year growth forecast at over 10 per cent to 2034.

Jarrod Bramble, managing partner at Cutcher & Neale, said the merger would also mark the firm’s expansion into Melbourne, which was its fourth location alongside offices in Newcastle, Sydney and Brisbane.
“This deal reinforces Cutcher & Neale’s significance as an accelerator for practices wishing to align growth between partners and clients,” he said.
“This partnership brings together two firms with a common vision, helping clients succeed through clarity, trust and strategic guidance, while also allowing us to implement our world-class technology support to an ambitious new book of clients.”
Cutcher & Neale noted a strategic merger with BBB Partners would bring “deep expertise and strong connections” to the firm based on its work in accounting, financial planning, succession planning and intergenerational wealth.
Matt Hickey, Partner at BBB, said he was looking forward to guiding the firm’s expansion strategy and being involved within the Melbourne office.
“There’s a huge opportunity here to support professionals, especially in medical accounting, with the kind of personalised and sector-specific advice we’ve delivered for years,” Hickey said.
“Building upon the great work BBB Partners is known for among its client base, our Victorian business will offer the same level of care, personalised attention, and long-term thinking that have defined Cutcher & Neale’s reputation nationally.”
