Finalists revealed for Australian Accounting Awards 2025

Accountants Daily has unveiled over 300 finalists for this year’s Australian Accounting Awards.

The Australian Accounting Awards 2025 recognises the leading tax professionals and firms driving the accounting industry to new heights.

A total of 307 finalists have been selected from over 650 submissions for the annual awards program. 

Now in its 11th year, the program celebrates leading accounting firms and professionals, run in partnership with principal partner Intuit Quickbooks.

Being named a finalist presents an exciting opportunity for the industry’s best to gain nationwide recognition for their contributions to the accounting sector.

The 307 finalists were selected across more than 30 individual and group categories, spanning the profession’s most senior ranks through to its rising stars.

Some of the individual finalists include representatives from Latitude Accountants, UNSW, Rise Accountants, and Burswood Accounting. 

 
 

Meanwhile, the group finalists include companies such as Hive Wise, Trinity Advisory, Trevanta, and TaxSmart Cafe.

Finalists in the Australian Accounting Awards earn industry recognition on a national scale, helping them stand out from their peers, enhance their industry reputation, and potentially open doors to new career opportunities. 

The winners will be announced at the black-tie gala ceremony on Friday, 20 June 2025, at The Star, Sydney. Click here to buy tickets.

The gala ceremony will also provide an unparalleled opportunity for finalists to network with industry leaders, peers, and colleagues across the profession.

The finalists were selected using a robust judging criteria that are both quantitative and qualitative, acknowledging growth, business development, diversity, leadership, innovation, business excellence, and contribution to Australia’s accounting sector.
