Sonia Mascolo has been promoted to her new role at Bentleys SA, bringing the firm’s partner headcount up to 14.

Throughout her career, Ms Mascolo has built up an impressive résumé in tax matters, having advised specialist advice on structures and restructures, cross-border transactions, estate and succession planning, and capital management plans.

Her new role at Bentleys SA will see her manage a team of taxation specialists, while continuing to draw on her cross-practice tax experience to provide contemporary solutions to the various business needs of Bentleys SA clients.

“Following her appointment two years ago, Sonia has proven to be outstanding in her field and a valuable asset to the business,” said Bentleys SA managing partner Michael Ruggiero.

“The promotion of Sonia to Partner has been a natural transition in her leadership, with Bentleys SA and our clients benefiting from her 10 years of experience.”

Ms Mascolo said she was equally excited about the new role.

“I am delighted to be appointed as Partner,” she said.

“Bentleys SA offers an outstanding service and level of experience to our clients as we continue to go from strength to strength in our range of integrated business advisory, accounting and audit services in market.”
