Carbon Group has announced a merger with Fremantle-based boutique firm Parish Business Services.

The deal will see Carbon expanding its Perth accounting services after it made moves in the Queensland and Melbourne market late last year.

Parish Business Services owner Jason Parish will become a partner in Carbon’s advisory division as a part of the deal.

Mr Parish will be co-locating at Carbon’s head office, and Parish Business Services will maintain its presence in Fremantle while rebranding to Carbon.

“Becoming part of Carbon Group means that my clients now have access to a one-stop destination offering a holistic approach to core business solutions, including insurance, financial planning and finance,” Mr Parish said.

“It’s great to be able to offer this extended suite of services to my clients, making it easier for them to get on with growing their businesses.”

Carbon has focused on an aggressive growth and acquisition strategy since its launch in 2014, with the network now established in five states across the country, including New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
