A Sydney-based accounting firm with a focus on outsourced CFO services has appointed a new partner and opened a second NSW office.

Chartered accountant Ritchie Cruz has joined Agera Advisors as a partner of the firm.

Mr Cruz brings a wealth of experience in the CFO advisory space, as well as traditional accounting, taxation, succession planning and business advisory services.

He previously worked in senior management commercial roles in ASX listed companies as well as public practice experience.

Agera Advisors has also opened a second office in the Norwest Business Park to service Greater Western Sydney.
