An advisory firm has confirmed the appointment of two new directors in Sydney and Brisbane.

The Prosperity Advisers Group has officially welcomed Michael Bode and Michael Mahabeer to its director team in Sydney and Brisbane respectively.
Mr Bode specialises in providing advice on Australia’s complex tax system for corporates, businesses and individuals.
Mr Bode has experience advising on all aspects of taxation for international inbound corporate entities and high-wealth private client groups, including mid-cap and family-owned businesses.
Mr Mahabeer is an internal audit expert with specific knowledge and technical competency in the public and finance sectors.
“These appointments cap an outstanding 2016 for our firm,” Prosperity’s chief executive and founder Allan McKeown said.
“Our new senior appointees will serve to strengthen and broaden our advice capability in key specialist areas.”
