William Buck eyes growth in SA office audit team

lass="p1">Effective immediately, the firm has promoted senior accountant Joann Chang to the role of audit manager in which she will help lead future growth strategies.
 
Ms Chang, who began at William Buck as a graduate in 2011, said she was thankful for the opportunities she has been given and was looking forward to accepting a leadership position.
 
“Having migrated from Malaysia to pursue my master’s degree and accounting career, I’ve been fortunate to start out with William Buck where they have a strong focus on the development and advancement of staff,” she said.
 
Managing director Jamie McKeough said the promotion recognises Ms Chang's professional development since her arrival at the firm and her dedication to delivering successful outcomes for clients.
 
“Our audit and assurance division has experienced significant growth in recent years, particularly in the last 12 months in a very competitive market. That’s a reflection of the quality and expertise of our people,” Mr McKeough said.
