In a statement released Friday, Prime’s board said it is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Carroll as an independent non-executive director of the group.
Mr Carroll has more than 20 years’ experience in senior marketing and customer relationship management roles and was formerly chief global marketing officer of Village Roadshow Corporation.
He is currently CEO of BuckitDream, an entertainment and digital marketing company.
Meanwhile, Peter Madder is stepping down as company secretary and will be replaced by Dale Gaskell.
Finally, the company announced an independent, non-executive director will be appointed as chairman within the current financial year, with Mr Madder acting as chair in the interim.
