National advisory firm McgrathNicol has announced the appointment of two new partners.

John-Henry Eversgerd and Rob Smith have been welcomed into the partnership.
According to a statement released by the firm, Mr Eversgerd has over 20 years of commercial, forensic and valuation experience and a proven track record assisting clients with disputes and litigation, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, tax efficiency and fair value financial reporting. Mr Eversgerd has industry experience in financial services, manufacturing, property and construction and information technology.
Mr Smith has over 14 years’ experience providing corporates and financiers with advisory, restructuring, insolvency, transaction and business review services. Mr Smith’s industry experience includes manufacturing, energy, mining, media, information technology and financial services.
In a statement, the firm congratulated both Mr Eversgerd and Mr Smith on their appointment to partner.
