Chris Leptos AM has been appointed an independent non-executive director to the firm’s board while Chris Hill, a partner of the firm since 2005, has been appointed as an executive director.

PPB Advisory’s chairman, Steve Parbery, said that the appointments support PPB Advisory’s strategy to be Australasia’s leading advisory firm and are key to bringing a diversity of views to the board table.

“Chris Leptos is a valuable addition to our leadership team at PPB Advisory and will bring a fresh perspective on the further development of our reputation in the public sector and on key infrastructure projects,” he said.

“I am confident that Chris’ experience advising on the privatisation of the Victorian gas industry as well as his roles on the Linking Melbourne Authority and Infrastructure Planning Council of Victoria will prove invaluable as we continue to grow our services and industry depth in the government sector,” added Mr Parbery.

Chris Hill is a partner in the firm’s restructuring and turnaround practice with more than 16 years’ experience spanning debt advisory, investigations, corporate finance and banking

Mr Parbery said of Mr Hill, “Chris is a respected partner of the firm and his perspective on PPB Advisory’s long-term strategy will be a valuable addition to the board. His appointment demonstrates the firm’s ongoing commitment to succession planning”.
