National accounting firm Yield Advisory has recently announced the addition of two female partners to its now 45-employee strong offices across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and Sydney.

According to managing director Lachlan Ballinger, the appointments reflect the firm’s long-term growth intentions and the capability of “two exceptional leaders who have made a meaningful contribution to our firm and our clients.”

He continued: “At Yield, partnership is about capability, leadership and impact. Importantly, it’s also about ensuring talented people see a clear and achievable path to the top.”

Ballinger added that the firm’s approach to partnership is intentionally modern, focussing on sustainability, flexibility, diversity and inclusive leadership development.

“The future of the profession depends on firms creating genuine pathways into leadership, particularly for women who have historically been underrepresented at partnership level.

Building a diverse partnership group isn’t just the right thing to do culturally - it strengthens decision-making and positions the firm for long-term success,” he added.

Founded as a start-up in 2014, the firm anticipates further senior appointments and announcements in the coming months.
