James Black, chief executive, welcomed Pritchard and said she would bring a “rare combination” of strategic insight, operational leadership and client-facing experience.
“As South Australia’s private business economy continues to thrive, Lisa’s leadership will help ensure Perks continues as a driving force, empowering our clients and team to grow with confidence,” he said.
“Her appointment reinforces our commitment to being the benchmark for performance and impact in the mid-tier market, with operations founded in real client understanding.”
The firm said the general manager of operations role Pritchard stepped into was a newly created one, where she would lead a broad portfolio of businesses and corporate services, encompassing accounting and private wealth operations, client experience, IT and cyber, marketing and communications, risk and compliance, as well as special projects.
According to Perks, Pritchard was widely respected in the industry for her strong commercial lens she applied to her client-facing experience, with the appointment reflecting the firm’s commitment to strengthening its operational leadership and delivering for clients.
Speaking about her appointment, Pritchard said she was thrilled to have joined Perks at “such a dynamic time in their growth journey”.
“I look forward to leading a team that is passionate about delivering value and helping shape the next chapter of Perks’ evolution, through aligning operational excellence with client service.”
Perks added that Pritchard’s career included senior roles at BDO, Deloitte and KPMG, as well as currently serving on the SA/NT regional council, the Public Advisory Committee for CA ANZ, and the State Council for the Tax Institute.
Pritchard would be based in Perks’ Adelaide office and would work closely with the leadership team to help drive operational capability and long-term strategic objectives.
