Effective immediately, Amit Kabra has joined RSM as a partner.

Mr Kabra brings over 15 years’ experience, having worked in public practice and commercial roles in Australia, the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent.

Throughout his career, he has provided audit and assurance services to Australian and international clients, specialising in large government trading enterprises and not-for-profit companies across finance, insurance and energy sectors.

As per a statement provided by RSM, Mr Kabra’s commercial experience includes business transformation, finance restructure, systems implementation and board reporting, while his professional experience includes M&A financial due diligence, process reviews and financial statements audit.

Prior to joining RSM, Mr Kabra was a senior executive at Synergy, where he was responsible for leading the corporate finance function. Before that, he was an executive director at a big four accounting firm.

RSM’s office managing partner in Perth, Con Paoliello, congratulated Mr Kabra on his new role.

“We are delighted to welcome Amit to RSM, Mr Paoliello said.

Amit is highly regarded as being both strategically astute and commercially savvy with experience in advising a broad range of clients on large and complex projects.

In addition to servicing clients, Amit’s team will benefit from his leadership skills as he helps his staff build fulfilling careers within and beyond audit.”
