Victoria Dawes has returned to PKF as a principal within the firm’s specialist tax team.

Ms Dawes first joined PKF in 2017. Throughout her career she has built up a strong client base, primarily servicing the Hunter Region.

Ms Dawes role as principal at PKF will see her work alongside tax partner Darren Shone.

“We are so excited to have Vic back on the team. Some people are truly made for the tax and advisory world, and she is one of them,” Mr Shone said.

“Focusing on the growth of our team has been the number one priority this year and we are glad to see top talent making the return to the firm.”

Commenting on her return to the firm, Ms Dawes said: “It is very exciting that I get to be a part of the PKF team again. Having not only a local, but global network of knowledge, and a team that values collaboration, is something that every professional looks for, in helping to grow their career.

I have well and truly found my place at PKF and look forward to taking on this new role with the support of the firm.”

The appointment of Ms Dawes coincides with Troy McIntyre joining the team, an adviser who brings over 10 years’ experience to the firm.

Mr McIntyre will be making the shift from the Australian Tax Office (ATO), bringing along an extensive profile of commercial experience and unique insight.

“Having inside knowledge from the ATO, is extremely valuable for our firm, Mr Shone added.

This expansion of our tax team is evident of our constant dedication to providing only the best service to our clients.
