Former Mercer principal consultant David Yong has been recruited by BDO, where he will start in his new role as partner of its people advisory team in BDO’s Melbourne office.
Mr Yong, who has extensive experience providing reward and remuneration advice to some of Australia’s largest public-listed and family-owned companies, was a former senior manager at EY in the human capital service line.
Prior to that, Mr Yong was a director at advisory firm Towers Watson.

We know that workforce planning and management, analytics and culture is top of the agenda for many Australian companies in today’s complex environment,” said BDO’s office managing partner in Melbourne, David Garvey.
