McGrathNicol has welcomed John McGuinness from KPMG and Andrew Fressl from Crowe Horwath to its partnership.

Mr McGuiness has significant experience in advising clients and providing objective analysis of transactions in major commercial disputes.

He will lead McGrathNicol’s Australian dispute advisory practice.

Mr Fressl has 18 years of experience specialising in transactions, valuations, financial analysis, due diligence and corporate finance advisory, including capital raisings and independent expert's reports.

At Crowe Horwath, he will lead the buy and sell side due diligence and valuations engagements across a wide range of industries.

McGrathNicol managing partner Jamie Harris said the firm is delighted to have both Mr McGuiness and Mr Fressl on the team.

“Both are trusted by corporate clients to provide high-quality, independent and technically excellent advice, backed by many years of experience,” Mr Harris said.

“Their appointments represent another milestone in the growth of the McGrathNicol Advisory practice.”
