PKF Lawler appoints new tax partner

PKF Lawler has announced the appointment of a new tax partner less than a month after the firm’s successful merger with a boutique practice.

Leigh Dyson, a senior manager at Barringtons Chartered Accountants, which merged with PKF this month, has been promoted to tax partner.

Mr Dyson specialises in taxation and business advisory services to the property, mining and health industries.

He is experienced in advising both public listed and private clients in domestic and international matters on taxation, structuring and M&A transactions. He is a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser with The Taxation Institute.

PKF Lawler managing partner Wayne Healy congratulated Mr Dyson on the appointment, declaring him a perfect fit for the business.

“Taxation is a core service offering for our business and Leigh’s experience and technical knowledge is exceptional,” he said.
