Awards process

The Accountants Daily 30 Under 30 has developed a robust awards methodology that recognises growth, business development, diversity, leadership, innovation, business excellence and contribution of young accountants to Australia’s accounting industry, using key benchmarks and performance indicators.

Any individual wishing to enter the 2020 Accountants Daily 30 Under 30 is asked to complete a detailed submission answering key criteria items. To review all category details and to commence your submission, click here.

If you would like to nominate a colleague, the process is easy and will take less than a minute; nominations across multiple categories can be done on the one form. Individuals are invited to lodge a personal submission, or nominate a colleague by answering key questions. An entrant can be nominated for multiple categories.

Submissions require a mixture of written responses, business metrics and qualitative questions, including attachments. For any questions, please contact us here.

All submissions must be received through our secure awards platform by the due date.

Our awards platform is safe, secure and compliant. It’s ISO/IEC 27001 certified, compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), PCI DSS, and more.

Finalists are announced; individuals will be contacted directly as well as published on Accountants Daily and the Accountants Daily 30 Under 30 website.

Submissions will be delivered to a panel of respected industry professionals and business leaders who will assess each submission. Judges will score each submission across a range of criteria, which can be found under each category description once you have registered to lodge a submission. A number of judges will individually assess each submission for each category, offering a blended score and assessment.

Two winners will be announced per award category, with the awards presented in a virtual, Live Stream event. For full details on the event, click here
