Partner of the Year (less than $1bn in revenue)

OVERVIEW

Partners are the traditional backbone of firms in the Australian accounting industry, driving growth and progress in their firm and/or division.

This award recognises an outstanding partner in the accounting industry, who most effectively drove revenue growth and shaped their firm’s success in the 2017 calendar year.

Based on business growth metrics as well as support and servicing, the award considers the activities, strategies and actions of the partner in terms of driving increased revenue and efficiencies within their firm or business units.

ELIGIBILITY

This award is open to all partners of firms that provided accounting services with under $1 billion in revenue for the 2017 calendar year. The award is based on the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017.

Note: If your public title is not partner, please provide evidence as to why in effect you are a partner.

QUALITATIVE CRITERIA

  • Detail how you structured your business/business division and proposition to drive sustainable revenue growth in 2017.
  • Outline your unique selling points/points of difference as a practice partner compared with your peers, and how you have created a quality firm as a result.
  • Highlight your contribution to innovation in your firm and how this has impacted on business growth.
  • Provide a case study that showcases your success as a practice partner in 2017.
