HLB Mann Judd Melbourne is joined by Adrian Kelly as a partner in its audit and assurance services division, while Bruce McMenamin comes on as director in the corporate and business advisory division.

HLB Mann Judd Melbourne managing partner Jeff Long said the additions will improve the firm’s risk and advisory offerings in both the public and private sectors.

“Expanding our expertise in these areas is part of our long-term strategy and both Adrian and Bruce bring long-term experience and knowledge of the needs and challenges of Australian businesses, large and small, in the changing economic and legislative landscape,” he said.

“In particular, Adrian’s background in governance and risk management capabilities further strengthen our ability to help boards and executive teams effectively manage the risks impacting on their business.”

Mr Kelly brings over 30 years of experience in risk, assurance and advisory services, having previously been a partner at ShineWing Australia, managing partner at Moore Stephens Canberra, and having worked for both EY and KPMG.

Mr McMenamin joins HLB Mann Judd from PwC Private Clients, with particular expertise in tax structure, family business and succession, and business strategy.

He was previously a director with Horwath Corporate, where he established its corporate advisory function, as well as having been a partner at Evans Partners.
